That looks like a good start. we should start listing the main vo sites and assigning them for the 1/2 hr. a day job hunt too.

The main sites that search daily are:
freelancer.com odesk.com elance.com
These all require monthly subscriptions of $10 (which would be paid out of the marketing fund). We should create a TVC account on these sites and place bids under that account. Each member to TVC should write up a cover letter and when referred to an add, they simply use their own cover letter with a link to their own demos to apply. This will create a centralized portal for all of our work. The more positive ratings TVC gets, the better it looks on all of us and the greater our chances, as a group, of being awarded more contracts. It's a win-win.
I also use searchtempest.com to aggregate craigslist feed for all of North America
The sites I use that don't allow bidding (The employer combs through talent profiles and contacts the talent directly) are:
voicebunny.com fiverr.com behindthevoiceactors.com (mostly unpaid work, but some do offer compensation)
