Was online searching for a mechanical hypno disc while reading Dr. Bruce Goldberg's book. Found this site. www.hypnodisc.co.uk. Downloaded the one on concentration and listened to it and it had me out asleep and under about a half hour in. Don't remember the last third. I put it in DB under your folder. Put markers on the one small section he did heavy reverb to make it sound like two voices. Seems like the whole file is in slight reverb. Also the music is bongos, strings, varying silence, flute I think? Whatever. It totally knocked me out. My first skeptical time trying self hypnosis. The guy makes reading mistakes, turns pages, talks fast. None of it made a difference??? Have a listen and give me your thoughts. He has the best voice of the several I've heard. I went through all the guys in the iTunes "meditation" library and only found one close to this guy for someone sounding like me. L
